ESL provides website buildouts, local SEO structure, quote calculators, AI support bots, social authority systems, follow-up systems, and ongoing maintenance services as described on this site.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets, content, access to required accounts, and timely feedback during the build process.
Payment Terms
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly maintenance billing begins after launch unless otherwise stated. Add-ons are billed before implementation.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are typically 3–7 business days after payment, onboarding completion, and required assets are received. Delays in assets or feedback may extend timelines.
Revisions and Scope
Reasonable revisions are included during the build window. Changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Third-Party Tools
Some deliverables rely on third-party platforms (hosting, scheduling, payments, CRM, analytics). Their fees, terms, and uptime are governed by those providers.
Ownership
After final payment, the client owns the website content, domain, and business assets. Some technical components may depend on third-party platforms used to build and operate the system.
Local SEO Disclaimer
A website can improve the business's local SEO foundation, but rankings are not guaranteed. Google rankings depend on multiple factors including competition, proximity, reviews, Google Business Profile quality, website relevance, and overall online authority.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
No Guarantee of Rankings, Revenue, Leads, or Sales
ESL does not guarantee Google rankings, lead volume, booked jobs, revenue, or sales results. Results vary based on market, competition, reputation, reviews, offer, pricing, and follow-up.
