All Sales Final Once Work Has Started

Once work has started on a project, deliverable, or service, all sales are considered final.

Setup Fees Non-Refundable After Work Begins

Setup fees cover discovery, planning, design, build hours, and implementation. Once work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly Maintenance Cancellation

Monthly maintenance plans are month-to-month and can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellations do not refund prior months.

Add-On Refund Rules

Add-ons are billed before implementation and are non-refundable once implementation has begun.

Third-Party Software Fees

Fees paid to third-party platforms (hosting, scheduling, CRM, payments, analytics, etc.) are governed by those providers' refund policies, not ESL's.

No Refund For Completed Work

Completed deliverables — including launched websites, configured calculators, deployed AI bots, and active follow-up systems — are non-refundable.
